Helen Beedham joined Cityparents Ltd in 2014 and is a Director. She leads the Cityworks network, manages our corporate relationships and gives talks on behalf of Cityworks and Cityparents. Prior to Cityparents, she worked in management consulting for 15 years helping major corporate and Government clients to implement organisational, HR and people-related changes. She is married with two grown-up step-children and a daughter in primary school and lives in Kent.
Kathryn Ryan joined Cityparents Ltd in October 2017 and manages Cityworks on a day-to-day basis. Kathryn started her career in HR, working for both the public and private sectors, before transitioning into management consultancy. Kathryn worked for leading consultancy firms for 10 years, helping corporate clients to drive HR efficiency and implement organisational change. Kathryn is married and has two daughters, aged 4 and 2, and lives in London.
Louisa Symington-Mills established Citymothers in November 2012, and Cityfathers in April 2014. Over the past 10 years, Louisa has established a strong career in banking and finance, and was until recently Chief Operating Officer at LPEQ (www.LPEQ.com), an international association of listed private equity companies. Previously, Louisa spent six years as a sell-side analyst covering listed alternative investment funds at Royal Bank of Scotland and subsequently Jefferies. Prior roles were held at M&G Investment Management and a multi-family office. Louisa works part-time and remotely, and lives in Dubai with her husband Mark and two young children.
