Welcome to our policy Databank.  Here Premium Members may browse examples of HR, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing policies from other ‘City’ firms and search the Databank by industry or type of policy.

How it works

Three times a year, all employers currently holding Premium Membership are invited to participate in a short survey on a particular policy.  The survey responses from each organisation are uploaded separately to the Databank in pdf format by Cityworks.  Members may request to contact the policy owner for any follow-up questions.

Confidentiality

All policies shared in the Databank are anonymised and listed only by industry and type of policy.  Only approved Premium Members have access to the Databank.  If you currently hold Basic Membership and wish to upgrade to Premium, please contact us here.
