Helen Beedham is primarily responsible for the oversight and organisation of Cityworks. Before joining Cityparents in 2014, Helen worked in management consulting for 15 years, helping major corporate and Government clients to implement organisational, HR and people-related changes. She began her career working for the Director of Operations at Harrods. She is married with two grown-up step-children and a daughter aged 6 and lives in Kent. Elena Kewell has over 17 years experience and a depth of expertise in HR. Elena began her career in HR roles for major blue-chip companies including Royal Bank of Scotland and BP. She then spent 10 years as a management consultant, working for leading management consulting firms, where she helped organisations to improve the effectiveness of their HR functions. She is married with two young children aged 2 and 5 and in addition to her part-time role at Cityworks, she works as an independent consultant.
Louisa Symington-Mills established Citymothers in November 2012, and Cityfathers in April 2014. Over the past 10 years, Louisa has established a strong career in banking and finance, and was until recently Chief Operating Officer at LPEQ (www.LPEQ.com), an international association of listed private equity companies. Previously, Louisa spent six years as a sell-side analyst covering listed alternative investment funds at Royal Bank of Scotland and subsequently Jefferies. Prior roles were held at M&G Investment Management and a multi-family office. Louisa works part-time and remotely, and lives in Dubai with her husband Mark and daughter Rose, born January 2012, and son Laurence, born August 2013.
